Built in 1905 as a Guest House, Carmel of Sorrento has been restored to offer the romance and old world charm of heritage accommodation
in the heart of Sorrento Village Victoria.
The three suites are named after past owners of the original guesthouse. The entrance hall leading to the guest suites displays the
history of the house, including copies of land titles and photographs of historic Sorrento village.

The three suites, each with a different theme, are tastefully furnished for comfort with yesteryear style and contemporary furniture
to appeal to guests requiring accommodation for short stays or an extended beachside holiday.
Each suite has a kitchenette including fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee facilities. Also included are TV facilities,
heating & cooling and electric blankets.
Access for self-catering, BBQ and alfresco dining.
The suites are ideal for Seniors or the disabled who need a relaxing place to stay without being inconvenienced by stairs, steep paths or
baths to negotiate. The suites are at street level and easily accessible!

The Mildred Anne is a luxurious open plan suite situated at the front of the house with Edwardian windows, open fireplace, queen sized bed
and matching bedroom furniture with elegant co-ordinated linen and antiques throughout. Ensuite with hairdryer provided.
The elegant Mildred Anne suite has an open fireplace, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea & coffee facilities,
flat screen TV, heating, electric blankets, desk, glassware, champagne bucket and cheeseboard.
The Catherine Ellis suite offers Queen size accommodation, mahogany furniture, antique brass lighting and high ceilings.
Decorated style of old world charm, with modern comforts. Relax in the sitting room of your suite and enjoy a glass of wine
purchased from one of the many local wineries. Private en-suite bathroom facilities and hairdryer provided.
The suite facilities include a flat screen TV, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea & coffee facilities, heating,
fan cooling, additional cotton blankets.
The May Victoria suite is brightly decorated in cornflower blue tonings with a large queen size cast iron bed and beautifully
appointed with co-ordinated white luxury linen and doonas. The suite has a en-suite bathroom and hairdryer is provided.
The suite has a cane setting for you to relax in your private sitting room with a flat screen TV and clock radio also provided.
There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and tea & coffee facilities.
